Khizer is the manager here at Slough Breakdown Recovery and always available to help, regardless of where you are stuck. Not only is he office based, answering calls and responding to customer inquiries but he also drives our 3.5 ton Iveco Daily recovery truck capable of carrying small cars and motorbikes. He has a genuine passion for cars and has a collection of some rare very well-kept classics. He also has a lot of knowledge and can advise you on what may be wrong with your car and best plan of action. Many of our customers rely on Khizer’s help and advice when faced with the challenge of deciding what to do with their car when broken down.
HASAN

Hasan is the newest member to our team but a very fast and determined learner. He joined the team after having completed a Motor Vehicle Level 2 Diploma at Uxbridge College. In the last 2 years he has picked up a lot of on-the-job knowledge, towing vehicles to customers and garages.

Jim is the most experienced member of our team. The knowledge of towing and repairing vehicles has been passed down to him. Towing and repairing cars is all Jim has known from a very young age. He has picked up all his knowledge over the years and there’s no breakdown situation he hasn’t dealt with or come across. He is our van and commercial vehicle specialist.
ABZ

Experience: 4 years
Drives: Mercedes Roadside Assistance Unit
Favourite Car: Mercedes S Class
Abz is our admin expert. He works in the office and makes sure the rest of the team have all the tools and equipment required to do the job. He manages our booking system, ensures that no customer is missed out, and makes sure we’re all on time 99% of the time. He has a real passion for cars as well as a lot of technical knowledge to assist you on the phone. He has very good knowledge of the surrounding areas in West London, Berkshire and Bucks.
