A. We are available 24 hours, 7 days week.
Q. I have just been involved in a car accident, what should I do?
A. Give us a call for immediate assistance, we have tow trucks available and come out to you within 60 minutes and recover you and your vehicle, taking you to a safe location. We can also offer independent advice and complete claims management.
Q. I have lost my car keys, can you still recover my car?
A. Yes, we can always help you recover your car, regardless of the situation. In this case, specialist equipment will be used to load and offload your vehicle, ensuring that your vehicle is transported safely. This will incur an additional fee, please get in touch for a quote.
Q. What do I do if I have got a flat tyre?
A. Give us a call, we have mobile tyre vans available 24 hours a day. We can replace your car tyre at the side of the road, usually within 60 minutes, if your required tyre is in stock.
Q. Do you offer storage?
A. Yes, we have a secure storage facility where you can store your vehicle if it has been involved in an accident. Storage fees are £20.00 per day.
Q. Can you repair my vehicle?
A. Yes, we can. We have technicians on hand with over 20 years of experience, skilled in all mechanical problems, no matter the issue.
Q. Do you take card payments?
A. Yes, you can pay by card over the phone, or in person. We can also accept bank transfers.
Q. I have just bought a brand-new car, can you deliver it?
